Gerard Braun joins Strategic Spaces Boston as Interior Construction Project Executive

[Boston, Massachusetts, November 2018] — Strategic Spaces, one of New England’s leading furniture and interior construction firms, welcomes Gerard Braun as the company’s Project Executive for their Boston Interior Construction Team. Gerard’s hiring is the tenth new hire in 2018, expanding the Strategic team deeper into the greater Boston and Hartford markets.

Braun comes to Strategic with 20 years industry experience, forging relationships with architects, developers, general contractors, and end users, specifically in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Ohio, Texas, California and Canada. Gerard will continue to expand on these relationships, executing Strategics in-house process to expedite large scale pre-fabricated interior construction projects.

While employed with firm BKM Total Office Solutions, Gerard spearheaded a new national modular architectural products sales division; training over 30 sales teams nationwide, strategizing marketing and business development plans specific to each individual market. Gerard followed this successful tenure with 16 years at Tate Inc as their Northeast Regional Director. As an LEED accredited design and sales professional, Gerard led firms through early design schematics to occupancy, maximizing flexible design and performance of their commercial spaces.
